I am a massage therapist and bodyworker offering a range of treatments in Hertfordshire.

I have trained in the UK and Thailand, and worked in Greece as well as at home.

For me, massage is a vocation that I have come to gradually, and a gift in my life. I believe that bodywork goes beyond physical treatment for specific issues, and has the power to act truly holistically, nurturing body, mind and spirit.
